Payments
- Full payment or required deposit is due at time of booking.
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to tax.
- Pricing may change at any time without notice.
Deposits & Final Payments
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Remaining balances must be paid by the due date provided.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.
Refund Policy
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Missed events
- Late arrivals
- Change of plans
- In limited cases, we may offer a credit or reschedule at our discretion.
Event Tickets
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Some events are pre-sale only and limited capacity.
- Entry may be denied if safety rules are not followed.
Weather Policy
- Events are typically rain or shine.
- In unsafe conditions, Cantona Homestead may:
- Delay
- Reschedule
- Offer credit
Booking Policies (Parties & Rentals)
- Booking times must be followed.
- Overtime may result in additional fees.
- Client is responsible for guest count accuracy.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with safety rules or policies.
